Globe Testing
I founded Globe Testing because I believed software quality could be a competitive advantage, not a final checkpoint.
We built a consultancy specialised in software testing and quality engineering. The company grew beyond 100 people and later became part of Izertis, a publicly listed technology company.
As CEO, the work was not only technology. It was hiring, trust, operating rhythm, difficult decisions, commercial discipline and learning how to scale without losing the reason the company existed.
What building taught me
Building a company means turning ambiguity into a sequence of decisions. It means making systems work for people, then making those systems observable enough to improve.
